
... at backstube's reindling workshop! - done in Vienna, March 24, 2007. Here is the results:
Reindling is a traditional sweet Carinthian dish. On March 25, 2007, backstube organized a reindling workshop, right in time before Easter. It is for this holiday that the godmother (or godfather) is supposed to prepare a Reindling for their godchild. The workshop was well attended and we are happy we could spread knowledge of how to make Reindling to other parts of Austria.
Teilnehmer waren Irma, Moni, Georg, Susi, Jasa, Mira, Eva, Elisabeth, Noa und Ella. Wir buken von 3 bis 7, einen großen und drei kleine Reindlinge.
Das verwendete Rezept is backstubes Rezept n°5.
